PeopleAMP

For founders

Ship the product your pitch deck has been promising. Fixed scope. Fixed price. In weeks — not quarters.

Production code in your repo, on your infrastructure, ready for real users on the day we hand it over. Built by senior founders who’ve shipped before, priced so it doesn’t eat the runway you need to find a market, and backed by a pay-on-results guarantee if you’re still unsure.

  • Senior builders only
  • Code in your GitHub
  • Pay-on-Results milestones

If any of this sounds familiar

You already know this feeling.

None of this is your fault. The way early-stage products get built is broken — and most agencies are priced and paced for companies that have already won.

£30k–£80k spent.

An agency shipped a “finished” MVP that your first five users couldn’t even sign up to. You're out the money and back to square one.

Offshore built what you asked for.

Not what you needed. The code is undocumented, the dev left, and the next engineer you hire will quietly tell you to rewrite it.

Discovery phase, part 12.

Six weeks of workshops, Miro boards and mood boards — still no code. Every question ends with “let's book another session.” Your runway doesn’t care.

You raised on a Figma demo.

Investors are asking to log in. You have mock screens and a half-integrated backend. The meeting is on Tuesday.

Your competitor shipped.

You're still comparing proposals. They’re live, taking payments, and collecting the case studies you’d be using right now.

“I'll just find a CTO.”

Eight months of coffees and “almost” conversations. Meanwhile the window on your idea is closing.

We’ve sat in your seat. That’s why we built a different thing.

What we built instead

The Founder MVP Sprint.

Four to six weeks from signed SOW to real users using real software. No discovery theatre. No juniors practising on your runway. No surprise invoices.

Every Friday you get a live staging URL and a 10-minute Loom showing exactly what shipped that week. By the end, your investors aren’t watching a demo video — they’re logging in.

  • 15+ years of senior engineering across SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software
  • Same team on your Monday kickoff is the team shipping your Friday release
  • Only two founders in-flight at once — we ship inside quoted timelines because we're not overbooked
  • A product real users can use on day one.

Sign-up, payment, core flow — working end to end. Not a prototype you have to rebuild.

  • Production infrastructure, already wired up.

Auth, Stripe, transactional email, deployments, monitoring, a live domain. The boring essentials — done.

  • Code you own, from day one.

Full GitHub access. Full deployment control. Every credential, every secret, every environment — yours.

  • Handover built into the sprint.

README, architecture doc, 30-min Loom walkthrough. The first engineer you hire picks it up on day one.

  • A live demo link every Friday.

We don’t do status decks. You get a URL you can click, every week, watching the thing come together.

  • 30 days of post-launch fixes, no meter running.

Bugs that slip through, small tweaks from real user feedback — covered. You stop being billed per question.

Pay-on-Results Guarantee

Still on the fence? Only pay when the work passes.

We can offer this because we've been founders. We know the real fear isn’t spending money — it’s spending money on code that doesn’t work. So we flip the risk onto us: no vague “satisfaction” promise, just milestone-by-milestone acceptance criteria written into the SOW before we start.

Step 01

20% to start

A small deposit covers discovery, scoped planning, and the signed SOW with every milestone's acceptance criteria written down before work begins.

Step 02

Ship → test → sign off

Each milestone ends with a live staging link, a Loom walkthrough, and a 3-day review window. You test it against the criteria we agreed up front.

Step 03

Pay when it passes

If a milestone passes, you release the milestone payment. If it doesn't, we rework it on our time — at no extra cost — until it does.

Why we can offer this: we only take on work where we already know what good looks like. Senior-only builders, 15+ years of shipping real products, fixed scope we can defend with a straight face. No guesswork priced in “just in case.”

Book a founder call30 minutes. No pitch. Scope + price before you commit to anything.

How we work, in one paragraph

We don’t tell. We show.

Every PeopleAMP engagement runs against written milestone acceptance criteria — not vibes, not promises. Every Friday you get something you can click. Every line of code lives in your GitHub from the first commit. And if a milestone doesn’t hit the criteria we agreed upfront, we rework it at our cost until it does.

That’s the whole pitch. No retainer lock-in. No “trust the process.” No quarterly strategy deck where the deliverable is another deck. Just senior builders, shipping working software, with skin in the game.

Proof, in the wild

Two live products. Real users. Real revenue.

Not renders. Not prototypes. Not “coming soon.” Live SaaS products PeopleAMP designed, built and shipped — with paying customers using them right now.

Lumova

Legal tech · Immigration · SaaS

An AI platform that helps self-petitioners win US EB1A green cards without $10k–$40k of attorney fees.

The problem

47% of EB1A green-card petitions are denied — not because the applicant isn't extraordinary, but because the evidence isn't framed in USCIS regulatory language. Lawyers charge $250–$500/hr to fix it, and most self-petitioners can't afford that.

What we shipped

  • A RAG system trained on 5,000+ published USCIS AAO decisions that matches a petitioner's evidence to the criteria most likely to win
  • AI petition-section drafting, reference-letter generation and RFE-response assistance in USCIS-compliant language
  • Four-tier subscription product (Free → Elite) with Stripe billing, account management, and a 90-day money-back guarantee
  • Real-time USCIS news pipeline ingesting official government sources so guidance never goes stale

Why it’s hard

  • Claude Opus integration with custom prompt engineering per AAO criterion
  • Curated and versioned legal dataset, not a generic LLM wrapper
  • Subscription pricing 60–80% below attorney models, with margin that still works at scale

SpecMatch

HR tech · UK public sector · SaaS

An AI platform that gets you shortlisted for UK public-sector roles without rewriting your statement from scratch every time.

The problem

Applying to NHS, Civil Service, local-authority and university roles used to burn 3–4 hours per application. Miss one essential criterion and the application is binned — usually without feedback.

What we shipped

  • Gap-analysis engine that scores a candidate's profile against every essential and desirable criterion on the person specification
  • AI supporting-statement generator that writes STAR-structured examples to the exact character counts UK public-sector forms demand
  • NHS 6Cs alignment scoring, Civil Service-grade calibration and ATS-safe DOCX/PDF export
  • Interview predictor with STAR builder and role-specific practice scoring, end-to-end from application to offer

Why it’s hard

  • Deeply domain-specific: NHS bands, Civil Service grades, police/fire/armed-forces conventions — no margin for 'close enough'
  • Calibrated on hundreds of hours of applied research per sector
  • UK English, ATS-safe formatting, and character-budgeted output the big LLMs get wrong out of the box

Pick your starting point

Two ways to work with us.

Whether you need a clear-eyed verdict on the idea or senior builders to ship the first version — pick the shape and we'll handle the rest.

Strategy Sprint

Not sure if your idea is buildable? Get the truth in 2 weeks.

Best for: The founder whose idea is still fuzzy — or whose deck is ahead of their stack.

  • 2 weeks, fixed price
  • Build-vs-sharpen-vs-kill recommendation
  • Scoped MVP roadmap + price

Honest build-vs-kill verdict, scoped roadmap, ballpark cost to ship an MVP, and a list of the three things worth doing first.

Founder MVP Sprint

Most popular

Production MVP in 4–6 weeks. Fixed price. Pay as each milestone passes.

Best for: The founder who's done the thinking and now needs senior builders to ship the first version without bleeding the runway.

  • Senior builders only — no juniors on your runway
  • Fixed scope, fixed price, milestone payments
  • Code you own, production infrastructure included
  • Pay-on-Results: fail a milestone, we fix it before you pay

A working product real users can sign up to, pay for, and use — in your GitHub, on your infrastructure, documented for the first engineer you hire.

Before you book

The questions every founder asks us.

01How much does a Founder MVP Sprint cost?
We quote on the call, because the honest answer depends on scope. That said: Founder MVP Sprints typically land between what an agency charges for discovery alone and what a single senior engineer would cost you for 6 weeks. You'll have a fixed total number before you sign anything, and it won't move unless you materially change scope.
02What if my idea changes halfway through?
Your idea will change — that's the point of shipping early. Small adjustments are absorbed inside the sprint. Material scope changes get a 24-hour re-quote so you can decide before we touch it. No surprise invoices, no silent scope creep.
03Who actually writes the code? Is this offshored?
The founders of PeopleAMP, with 15+ years of senior engineering across SaaS, fintech and enterprise. No juniors practising on your runway. No offshore hand-off. The person you see on the call is the person shipping the code.
04I don't have a technical co-founder yet. Will I be locked in?
Opposite. The MVP is built assuming the first engineer you hire has to pick it up on day one. Code in your GitHub, architecture doc, Loom walkthroughs, 30 days of post-launch support. You can take it anywhere — we just want it to work wherever it lives.
05Can I pause or cancel mid-sprint?
Yes. Pay-on-Results means you stop paying the moment you stop, and you keep every milestone you've already accepted. No retainers, no lock-ins, no exit fees.
06What does 'production code' actually mean?
It means auth, payments (Stripe), transactional email, deployment, monitoring, and a domain you own — all wired up, all documented. Not a prototype running on someone's laptop. Real users can sign up, pay, and use it on the day we hand it over.
07How many founders are you taking on at once?
Two at any given time. It's why we can actually ship inside the quoted timeline. If the month is full, we'll tell you on the call and put you on the waitlist for the next slot rather than stretch ourselves thin.

Your move

You have two ways to move forward.
Only one of them is free.

Book a 30-min founder call. We’ll walk your idea, give you an honest read on what to build first, and tell you the exact scope and price before you commit to anything.

Two founder slots in-flight at any given time. If this month’s full, we’ll tell you on the call.
